A self-suspension duo class of various extrema! Cegregia (she/they) and Addie (she/her) have polar opposite selfie styles yet enjoy and admire each other’s work. Together they will take you on a tour of contrasts: minimalist to elaborate, structure to chaos, dynamic to duration. Addie starts and ends on a single column, and Cegregia doesn’t get out of bed for less than four uplines. This class is a choose-your-own-adventure with gravity. And games!
