If you think that many tantra retreats are too “peace and love” and trauma healing is too serious - this is the perfect combo for you! We can have fun, feel pleasure and dive into deep waters just right next to each other. This retreat is for you who are ready to take responsibility for your own emotional journey, intimate life, and relationships. You are invited to understand when you are driven by your childhood needs or traumas and when you are a balanced adult being. Often we attract our partners from our unmet needs and teenage selves instead of from a place of unconditional love. We end up in endless “push and pull” or not staying in any relationship at all. This retreat will help you to shift into the experience of “finally growing up”. You will know how to meet your needs while letting people be who they truly are, and not the one you want them to be for you. When this is not clear we project onto our partners that they can not meet us where we need to be met or give us the personal space we deserve. We also easily misunderstand our needs of feelings seen and cared for with sexual intimacy. This often leads to a mismatched flow in intimacy or even worse, vaginal pain, impotency, or porn addiction. 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨: ⮚Experience deeper intimacy ⮚Recognize your attachment patterns and how to deal with them ⮚Use your relationships for mutual growth and have your needs met in a noncodependent way ⮚Listen to, and honor your body so that it opens up for trust and pleasure Day one will explore attachment, childhood needs, and sexual development from childhood, and teenager to adult. Day two will help us practice being in our mature selves in relationships and with our sexual selves. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 & 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞? Saturday, November the 4th from 10:00 to 18:00 + Healing ceremony with music and dance after dinner. Sunday, November 5th from 10:00 to 18:00.
