Hej everyone, This event will be the second and a rerun of the first topics, of the Round table discussions for Uppsala DS community. For both new comers, curious people or experienced that want to refresh their knowledge or share their opinion. This time for people that could not attend the first. The topic for this rerun event will focus again on social safety and understanding. Consent, Agency and Coercion are probably terms that seem self-explanatory but in this open discussion we will dive deeper into what they mean to us and get introduced into how they can be used for BDSM safety and fun. Free from all judgement or demands, no matter if you want to work with these subjects in your own lifestyle and with friends or just want to discuss and get a chance to think and talk, this is that place! The round table method is a widely used discussion format which emphasizes a climate of listening and understanding. The discussion space will be hosted and facilitated by me Dark Xenon I made sure to implement the feedbacks from last time. At this run we will begin to understand these terms, which are a solid base and must knowledge for the world of BDSM. * consent * agency * coercion Tea and coffee will be available for free. This is an inclusive event. We make sure that everyone is able to join. Of course disability friendly with access to an elevator. There is no place for judgement or disrespect here. We are tolerant and understanding to each other and focus on creating a safe space. The room we will be using is on the top floor of the Nation, it is rather small, so for both space reasons and moderation reasons we will be limited to 15 participants this time. So please do put Attending if you are coming, but feel free to put interested if unsure or curious and check before coming on this page to see if there is still space. I want to remind everyone about safety and comfort. This is not an experience event, this is not a space for sessions or play. The event is held at a student nation so we will be among uninitiated, there is no requirement in being a student or a member of Kalmar Nation but do keep in mind students and members might be in other rooms to study or relax.
