The most anticipated workshop of the year has finally been released! Breathwork guide Samuel Svärd and sex inspirer Marika Smith have been a huge success their hot and fun weekend retreats and workshops, and now they are back with a brand new concept for couples. Are you curious about erotic breathwork, a transformative experience that unlocks your sexual self in completely new ways? By regulating and controlling your breathing, you can achieve incredible things in your body, not least around sex. This time we have developed the concept further from our previous workshops, where the focus was mainly on finding erotic power in your own body. Now, we take it one step further to interact explicitly with others, alternated with breathing that forces us into what we really, actually want deep down - and dare to ask for it. During this evening, we dive deep into breathwork as a tool to strip away performance, pride, need for affirmation and image from sex, and bring out our most authentic self and powerful will. We will interact sexually with a partner, at what level, of course, each person decides for themselves - but it will definitely be spicier than ever before! We will start with a classic breathwork session to find the right breathing techniques, to land in the body and regulate our nervous systems after a long week. Then we will do a few different exercises to connects with each other and our boundaries, and then we will get into breathwork as a way to stop people pleasing and access an erotic contact that springs from your most naked truth. All moments are voluntary, consensual and will go about in a way that suits you. During the evening you will: - Learn breathwork techniques that put you in touch with yourself, take you down into your body and regulate your nervous system from stress to calm and focus - Practice letting your breath guide you to what YOU actually want, when you let go of performance, pleasing and ego - Play with your breath as a way to intense contact with a partner - and feel how sexual you want it to be - Explore what it's like to be sexual among other people and practice turning off their thoughts and gazes and focusing on your own experience Both Marika and Samuel are experienced spaceholders and experts in creating a perfect mix of security, excitement and play. For whom? This workshop is for couples only, meaning two people practicing together. We don't care if you are long-time spouses, new lovers, friends or enemies outside the workshop. :) Where? Oasen, Värtavägen 35, Stockholm When? May 16th 6:00 PM-9:00 PM. NOTE! Admission from 5:30 PM, please be on time, we will start at 6:00 PM sharp in the studio and will not be able to let in latecomers. How? We will be in a yoga room and do the exercises on mats on the floor. Dress to make yourself feel sensual and comfortable and preferably in loose fitting clothing that is easy to remove if you want. Bring a water bottle (we will get sweaty!), there will be some fruit to regain energy during the evening. How much? 1500 SEK per person, one ticket/spot is for one couple, 2 persons.
