Workout together at SATS – sweat, laughter and (almost) the same euphoria as sex! 🔥 Do you feel like you should workout more, but the couch has you in a toxic relationship? I’m creating a group from Darkside if anyone interested then we can plan to continue this group from mo day to Friday and will fix time accordingly at SATS Odenplan to sweat, cheer each other up and have some real fun! It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, a gym rat or mostly here for the sauna – we promise a workout experience that gives endorphin kicks on par with a really good date (and if you haven't been able to lie down for a while, at least you'll be happy after the workout!). We start with a warm-up on the treadmill (yes, we do it even if we hate it), run different stations and finish with stretching and sauna – preferably interspersed with ice-cold showers for maximum joy and dramatic effect. 💡 NOTE! You need to be a SATS member or buy a one-time ticket. 💡 NOTE! If you want to show someone an exercise or help with the correct technique, always ask first: "Do you want to be touched?".
