Our own traumas, patterns, and emotional landscapes shape how we show up in relationships. We can only meet people at the level we’ve met ourselves! I invite you to dare to meet yourself deeper! This evening is about building the foundation for healthy connections, free from codependency and emotional entanglement through deep emotional understanding and self-awareness.
