An Exploration of Bratting and Topping Brats, workshop Welcome to a discussion based workshop on the topic of brats, bratting and brat-topping (brat-handling and brat-taming included). We have noticed that it is difficult to come across useful information about brat play. Therefore we aim to open up a space for a fun exchange on the topic. Guiding questions will be provided, but everyone’s inputs will be welcomed. You’re invited to this workshop regardless of kink-identity or experience level: curiosity, openness and playfulness is enough to attend. Our goal is to collaboratively create a toolbox by the end of the workshop that can be used in future brat play to enhance fun and minimize unintended friction. The workshop will be held in English. If you have any questions before attending you are welcome to contact the organizer Synchro (DS) / Synchronice (Fetlife) About the Facilitator We are two kinksters from Malmö and Copenhagen, who have spent the past year building up a D/s dynamic around bratting. Ray (they/them; @RayofBite on DS and FL) is a dominant/switch who loves the puzzle of handling and sometimes taming an unruly or bad-mouthed brat, while Emilie (she/her), a brat from day one, is her best self when up to no good. We have both learned a great deal from each other and other play partners and are keen to learn even more with new people! The Basement Lab The Basement Lab is a series of workshops and skillshares that bring people together in a relaxed setting. It’s where perverted creativity meets connection and experience, where the community is offered a moment to gather to share knowledge, ideas and inspiration. The intimate, laid-back atmosphere is to foster a space for exploration and self-expression that offers something different than a party or a conference. This series aims to expand and deepen your skills in both the practical and the psychological aspects of BDSM. This is purely for the queer bdsm and leather community. Queer here means aligned with the queer community and either not cis-gender, or not straight. About the Organizer The Basement Lab is a concept dreamed up and organized by Synchro. Synchro has been an active part of the queer bdsm community for 10+ years. They have organized a range of events, from queer porn screenings to munches, workshops and play parties. They are driven by creating community spaces for queer perverted minds to meet and be filthy together. Practical Info Limited spots, you need to pre-register and pre-pay.
