The Need to Kneel 150kr Please RSVP by the 18th to register Are you really a slave? Or are you a fabulous slut who wants to have your needs and wants met your way? Both and many many more, even ALL, are very welcome to come discuss what it means to kneel at the foot of another. Whoever you are, defining your submissive or dominant tendencies helps you negotiate a relationship or play situation in a way that makes everybody happy. The words"slave" or “submissive” are often used to mean very different things in this community, so it becomes especially important to discuss exactly what we mean and what we are looking for. In this discussion based workshop, we will be building on concepts of communication, compatibility and satisfaction to explore the widest definitions and experiences of BDSM “bottoming.” Why do you want to kneel? What do you want to give and what do you hope and need to receive? What satisfies that need? How do you negotiate an agreement to kneel before the person you desire? What practical dynamics do you need to consider, as you keep in mind the emotional, social and personal elements of a D/s relationship. How can you develop and grow into the best partner you can be? The Need to Kneel class explores these questions through an open discussion format. This is the time to work out those theories and ask those most important questions whether you are just curious, dabble a bit or are already practicing the lifestyle. There will be informal discussion during the break and after class as well. Snacks are provided, but you are welcome to bring refreshments of choice. Class space is limited, so please reserve a place early and consider others in your planning. Thank you. Teachers for the evening josephine - A performer, event organiser, author and practicing since 2004. She identifies as submissive and generally only "switches" to mentor other submissives. j tends to form long term D/s relationships, many of which have been based on strict protocol and service. She has been kept and trained as a servant and maid. Rebecca Wilcox – A BDSM practitioner since 2003 writes, holds a leather title as a trainer, educates, heals and though retired has years of experience as a professional dominant. She identifies as dominant, can switch due to her learning from the bottom up as a slave in her early days of kink, but looks for a submissive in relationship and play. She come to the idea of domination as the Femme Domme archetype, the Goddess. |
